Step 1: The Call

Let’s have a call and meet each other. Let’s share your business journey, the ups and downs, and we will explain what we are looking for. We will introduce ourselves. No buzzwords or weird finance terms. Let’s find the mutual fit and set the grounds for next steps.


Step 2: Offer

If we both decide to move on, we will send an NDA with a short questionnire to better understand your business. If you are running an FBA business, we require Amazon account information or preferably we ask you to authorise a third-party software (e.g. Sellerboard) on your Seller Central account, through which we access your Amazon sales information. We are now ready to send you a letter of intent.

Step 3: Diligence

 
 

Step 4: Closing

Once we agree on an offer, our legal and support team will be with you every step of the way to complete the required due diligence.We will do the heavy lifting and number crunching and prepare the purchase agreement.

TIMELINE: 2-3 Weeks


We sign the purchase agreement and complete the migration process (Amazon Account, domains..) and you will immediately get paid. This whole process can take just a few days or a couple of weeks. Don’t worry, we can put the money in an escrow account. And that’s it!!! You can now be as proud as it gets. You earned it.
